Art was my accountant for years and years, but when I opened my own
business I had to find someone who was savvy about small business tax
laws, not that he wasn't, but I wanted someone who specialized in it.
Driving by his little office you would think it was The Money Store or
some other place like that with it's neon lighted sign and cheesy
appearance, but the guy on the inside is quality. Top notch. He did an
excellent job on my taxes for years and is extremely thorough and quick.
I highly recommend him. I've sent other people to him and they love him
too.

Accounting 4 DC Review
Stephanie is absolutely wonderful and super professional. I want to
start off that we are normally turbo tax type people, but between my
husband having been employed by more than one company this year and us
buying a co-op we really need some help. Stephanie figured out what
would be best for us by even comparing how much we would owe if we were
to file separately but married or filing jointly. She didn't charge us
an extra for this. Plus, we now have someone to go to with our financial planning questions. Turbo tax just lost some customers.

Basecamp DC Review
Raj and his associate Ben cheerfully and economically support
neighborhood small businesses, NGOs, us consultants who work at home "in
our pajamas," and other neighbors who don't live in a building with a
concierge to accept packages and help with those office extras such as
faxing, printing, and more.
Meet the neighborly group of folks who stop in to go online at the bank of computers; they may include delivery workers picking up and delivering from UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc, other Nepalese, or other immigrants. I have met them and others at the neighborhood bbqs Raj generously hosts to promote community and networking among his varied customers.

Charles Schwab Review
Yesterday, I called the cust serv 800 no. with a question about the
difference between two ticker symbols of this one international stock.
Although the rep I first spoke with wasn't able to help me, she quickly
transferred me to a broker who could, and I didn't sit on hold for even
three minutes. The broker solved my problem in a snap, and I'm a happy
shareholder today. I'm a massive advocate of youngsters
investing, so if you're looking to start, even if you have very little
money, look no further than Charles Schwab (unless you're really broke,
then look to Sharebuilder. I had a good experience with them, but had to
switch to Schwab because of my job). Excellent customer service,
decently priced trades, and a pretty easy-to-navigate website. Highest
regards!
